To Love a man
March 31, 2013

(((( I found this on Facebook, and thought WOW, how beautiful))))

To Love a man ♥

If you want to change the world Love a man; really love him
Choose the one whose Soul calls to yours clearly who sees you; who is brave enough to be afraid
Accept his hand and guide him gently to your hearts blood
Where he can feel your warmth upon him and rest there
And burn his heavy load in your fires
Look into his eyes look deep within and see what lies dormant or awake or shy or expectant there
Look into his eyes and see there his fathers and grandfathers and all the wars and madness their spirits fought in some distant land, some distant time
Look upon their pains and struggles and torments and guilt; without judgment
And let it all go
Feel into his ancestral burden
And know that what he seeks is safe refuge in you
Let him melt in your steady gaze
And know that you need not mirror that rage
Because you have a womb, a sweet, deep gateway to wash and renew old wounds

If you want to change the world Love a man, really love him
Sit before him, in the full majesty of your woman in the breath of your vulnerability
In the play of your child innocence in the depths of your death
Flowering invitation, softly yielding, allowing his power as a man
To step forward towards you…and swim in the Earth’s womb, in silent knowing, together
And when he retreats…because he will…flees in fear to his cave…
Gather your grandmothers around you…envelope in their wisdoms
 Hear their gentle shusshhhed whispers,
calm your frightened girls’ heart
Urging you to be still…and wait patiently for his return
Sit and sing by his door, a song of remembrance,
that he may be soothed, once more

If you want to change the world, love a man, really love him
Do not coax out his little boy
With guiles and wiles and seduction and trickery
Only to lure him…to a web of destruction
To a place of chaos and hatred
More terrible than any war fought by his brothers
This is not feminine this is revenge
This is the poison of the twisted lines
Of the abuse of the ages, the rape of our world
And this gives no power to woman it reduces her as she cuts off his balls
And it kills us all
And whether his mother held him or could not
Show him the true mother now
Hold him and guide him in your grace and your depth
Smoldering in the center of the Earth’s core
Do not punish him for his wounds that you think don’t meet your needs or criteria
Cry for him sweet rivers
Bleed it all back home
If you want to change the world love a man, really love him
Love him enough to be naked and free
Love him enough to open your body and soul to the cycle of birth and of death
And thank him for the opportunity
As you dance together through the raging winds and silent woods
Be brave enough to be fragile and let him drink in the soft, heady petals of your being
Let him know he can hold you stand up and protect you
Fall back into his arms and trust him to catch you
Even if you’ve been dropped a thousand times before
Teach him how to surrender by surrendering yourself
And merge into the sweet nothing, of this worlds’ heart

If you want to change the world, love a man, really love him
Encourage him, feed him, allow him, hear him, hold him, heal him
And you, in turn, will be nourished and supported and protected
By strong arms and clear thoughts and focused arrows
Because he can, if you let him, be all that you dream

How to heal a broken heart..
March 30, 2013

“Well,’ the Goddess said, ‘your heart didn’t heal straight the last time it broke. So we’ll break it again and reset it so it heals straight this time.”

Weavers of the next great circle
March 14, 2013

We are the weavers of the next great circle, the one that has not been written yet.. we have this beautiful Earth to show us the way to do it. We have so many wonderful examples of different species living in harmony with each other, and not only living in harmony with each other but also enhancing each other because they are living together.

That is one part of what we are weaving for the next great circle… There is a saying, “As it was in the beginning, so shall it be in the end” and it was beautiful.

The Earth reminds me she is a multidimensional being, capable of housing many dimensions all at once. We have the Crystal people who live their lives below the surface, and we have the Tree People who live their lives half down below the surface and half up above the surface. We have the Whale Family who hold their energy within a body of water.. We are well acquainted with what a multidimensional world looks like, how it is meant that we should create from a place of coexisting on many dimensions together.

We came to sing the new next great circle into being. I have visions of our journey through our next creation. There are people who create from a space of electrical currents, who I call the Crystal People and there are people who create from sacred fire, and drumming and Tipi’s.

When I gaze down the passageway into the next great circle I see the Tipi dwellers living in harmony with the outer dimension, and I see portals that when accessed they are transported to the place of the Crystal People (the electric dwellers)

Blue headpeice dream
March 13, 2013

peace also

Oh I just remember, well I dont remember the dream, but what I remember is walking past a mirror and when I looked in it I had the most awesomest electric blue head band on..  It was like a scruncy deal..  and when I walked past the mirror it was scrunchied up at the top so that I looked like a cat…  and I had some kind of, the same color band around my throat..

It was blue like that up above, but even more electric

LOL, it is hump day

life as a planet, a sun, a galaxy dream
March 12, 2013

last night I woke up inside my dream
and saw myself looking out upon my world.
 I was a sun,
and looking out I could see
many other suns
surrounding me
as family

walking around the way that they do

Then later I awoke to see
I was inside an Earthen body..

and I was love..

our tribe

I could feel myself.

I was love.

It takes an all encompassing love to live as a life-sustaining planet.

I will sing a song to lift you up
I will hold you sacred tender to my

will sing to you so tender.

I will hold you and sing a song that can be
traveling across airways
and galaxies of how sacred the feel
his waters rushing over your lands..

Water Prayer today on anniversary of Tsunami
March 11, 2013

Shirailo.No.Taki Falls water crystal

Today marks the 2 year anniversary of the Tsunami that devastated Japan and caused damage of their nuclear reactors.  Dr Emoto is calling for a worldwide prayer, which as I write this took place some 6 hours ago as I lay sleeping.  Japan is 14 hours ahead in time from I am, so even though I did not participate at the time, I have been diligent this morning in sending out the word so that others may join.

Here  is a link to Dr Emoto’s testimony:

This is the prayer he is asking we say today:

“To the victims lost in the oceans and to the water in Pacific Ocean which has suffered radioactive contamination from the nuclear accident in Fukushima.
“I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you and I love you.” (Repeat 3 times)”
Here is a link to how the frozen water crystals are photographed:
And here is a video to how prayer works, on water and on humans:

The Counter Clockwise Dance
March 10, 2013

Once upon a vision I found myself in 4 dimensions, watching the same happening in other stories.. In one of the dimensions Grandfather of the Wolf Clan came and holding his mighty staff, he began to dance forward through time. Then with a mighty crashing sound he hit his staff to the Ground, and with a twirl of his arms began to spin his body Counterclockwise, to move back through time and the wounded remnants in my memories, even as he danced forward through time …

In another Dimension, in the one where I was a planet, the maurders had come and pillaged our planet, our village and the surrounding villages..  My Mother was Winged One, and in a beautiful display of her wings flapping against against the backdrop of the rising moon, she had come to tell me that it was now time to perform the Healing Remnants of Past Wounds Ceremony….

Kundalini Transformations, creating the next circle around the Central Sun.
March 9, 2013

Sometimes it amazes me what I see through time for our creation of the next circle around the Great Central Sun….

I am lost in love in on this Kundalini journey… thinking about the Splattering Brothers who I released through my Kundalini litlanesfoss-waterfall-icelandvessel..  and the One, whose touch felt so beautiful as he was passing through, he visited me in my dreams to show me what his energy would become..

He showed me a waterfall with the garden he planted beside it… because he passed through me, me who makes my garden grow by planting flowers inside pots, inside vessels, he made his garden just like that..

He honored me in his transformation.

The Splattering Brothers

became a waterfall..

in the next circle

around the Great Sun..

I have arrived inside the place of the ancient memories that were passed from generation to generation amongst our people..

Like this:

The Rainbow Maiden (Hawaii)

Kahalaopuna was born of the divine wind and rain of Manoa Valley. For centuries, the valley has been regarded as the royal palace of rainbows where the beautiful rainbow maiden can be seen playing wherever the light of sun or moon touches the misty rain. Natives of the valley often called Kahalapuna by the name of Kaikawahine Anuenue; the Rainbow Maiden.

Kahala had taken two chiefs as lovers. One was from Waikiki, the other from Kamoilili. Both men wanted the maiden to live in their homes with the colors of the rainbow arching overhead.

Kauhi was the chief from Waikiki. Unfortunately, he was a cruel and jealous man. Angry with Kahala, he killed her and buried her where no one would find her. However, Kahala’s guardian spirit, the owl, scratched at the earth until her body was uncovered and joined once again with her spirit. Again, Kauhi killed Kahala and buried her. Again, the owl restored her to life. This happened several times until finally, the chief chose a burial site under the roots of a great koa tree. The owl scratched and pulled in vain, for the roots of the tree were strong and would not be moved. After a time, the owl decided that so much time had passed, that Kahala’s spirit surely must have descended to Po, the Underworld, and thus he abandoned his task.

The spirit of Kahala frantically searched for someone who could restore her body. She had been separated from her body for so long that death was starting to overwhelm her. She had nearly lost hope when Mahana, the chief from Kamoiliili approached.

Mahana could feel the distress of a spirit around him. He let the ghost guide him to the great koa tree where he found the earth disturbed amidst the roots of the tree. He tore the roots away and dug until he uncovered the battered body of his beloved Kahala.

Although lifeless, Mahana hoped that Kahala’s spirit may still be restored to her body and he bore her to his elder brother who was a renowned kahuna (priest). The powerful kahuna chanted and prayed. Long into the night, he called upon all his skill and experience to restore Kahala, but utterly failed. In desperation, he called upon two spirit sisters who were family guardians. The sisters found Kahana’s spirit and guided it back into her body through the feet while the kahuna performed the chants’ to restore life.

With the help of the spirit sisters, Mahana nursed Kahala back to her original beauty and health and their love grew deep and strong. However, Kahala would never be safe while Kauhi still lived, so Mahana devised a plan to entice Kauhi into combat. Mahana began to frequent the areas that Kauhi played sports and gambled. He taunted Kauhi until finally, Kauhi admitted that he had killed the rainbow maiden.

Mahana declared that Kahala was alive and in his home. To this, Kauhi insisted that the woman in Mahana’s home was an imposter. He was so sure that Kahala was dead, that legends say he challenged Mahana to present her to the chiefs of the district including Kahala’s grandfather, Akaaka, the mountain god. If he was proven wrong, he would be baked alive in an imu (oven). If he was proven right, Mahana would be the one to be baked alive.

Mahana decided that the proposition was much more favorable than combat, in which he had a chance of losing his own life, so he quickly agreed. He was so agreeable, that Kauhi became suspicious and consulted with kahunas of his family. To prevent deception, it was decided that there would be a test to detect ghosts. The kahunas would be prepared to invoke spirits from the Underworld to come and fetch any wayward ghosts and deliver them to Milu, the god of the Underworld, for punishment.

Kauhi followed the instructions of his family kahunas and spread the delicate leaves of the ape plant over the ground where Kahala was to walk and sit before the chiefs for judgement. It was said that a human walking over the leaves would bruise and tear them, while a spirit would leave them undisturbed.

Legends say that the day of judgement arrived and the Imu was prepared for the sacrifice. The king and chiefs were all assembled including Akaaka, and Kauhi sat nearby where he could watch the maiden’s arrival closely. As Kahala made her way towards that path strewn with ape leaves, the spirit sisters, who walked beside her, recognized the test. They could not leave Kahala for fear that it would arouse suspicion, so they whispered to her instructions to bruise as many leaves on either side of her so that the sisters would not be discovered as spirits.

Slowly and regally, Kahala approached the chiefs leaving a wide trail of broken and bruised leaves. Kauhi’s chief sorcerer declared that he could detect ghosts nonetheless and demanded that a second test be implemented. As it was believed that a reflection of a face in water was the face of a spirit, the sorcerer demanded that a calabash of water be brought forth. In his eagerness to catch a spirit face in the water, he leaned over the calabash, presenting his own spirit face. Before he could lean back and restore his spirit to his body, Akaaka sprang forward and grasped the reflected face in his hands, destroying the spirit.

The sorcerer fell dead beside the calabash and Kauhi was seized. As agreed, he was baked alive in the imu as punishment for his crimes, and his lands and retainers were given over to Mahana and Kahala who lived long, and with a rainbow over their roof.

We have come to the next circle of creation stories..  and we are creating them now with our songs, because of our dreams and visions…  and Kundalini risings, releasing the ways of the old

We create
